Ahh, it feels good to be back in my hometown of Savannah. I was so blessed to have been able to donate again to the hospital where it all started: Memorial Health. This hospital is where both my little brother Tillman and myself were born.
Due to Savannah's community involvement with Prematurity Awareness Month, the entire NICU was decked out in the best color on the rainbow: purple.
But of course we have to open with me skipping goofily to the NICU, since that is my only mode of travel nowadays. I am always so ecstatic to donate!
I will, without a doubt, always get lost on the way to this NICU. When my partner in crime, my mom, comes to donations with me, it is incredible to see her operate this hospital. She could get to the NICU with her eyes closed since she spent so much time there.
They are always so gracious to receive our donations and it is always a pleasure to visit the committed and caring nurses at Memorial. Thank you for having me today!
And by the way, your hair looks FABULOUS.
Happy Prematurity Awareness Month!
